You may be playing your game with other players. However, if you would like to insure that it is ONLY your group in the room, you must purchase all tickets in an room. Keep in mind, if you book a room that already has other players, the room will remain open unless the maximum capacity is met.
RESCHEDULING & REFUNDS
Please keep in mind that the game is a live event, so once the booking is confirmed, refunds and cancellations are not allowed. You may reschedule your game by calling our office, but this must be done at least 24 hours before your reserved time.
CONDUCT POLICY
Rude or belligerent behavior, drinking in our rooms, or being intoxicated while playing is not allowed. Crisis Rooms is a fun, family environment. For the sake of the experience of our other guests, any member of a group that is disruptive and/or under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be allowed to play. The game will not be rescheduled and a refund will not be given.
ARRIVE 15 MINUTES EARLY
Sign in and game briefing begin promptly 15 minutes prior to your scheduled game. Please keep this in mind when making your reservation. Arriving late will NOT push back the starting time for your game. If you arrive 15 minutes late the game will have already started and you will lose that time! The game will not be rescheduled and a refund will not be given.
ONLINE BOOKING WINDOW
Online bookings cannot be made less than one hour prior to game time.
If it is less than one hour before the time you'd like to play, you can call us to check availability and book over the phone at 815.534.1256.
CHILDREN
You must be at least 8 years old to play. Our escape games are designed for persons over the age of 10. Participants who are 10 years or younger must be accompanied by an adult at all times. All participants under the age of 18 will need a parent or guardian’s signature on a waiver in order to play.
