Your safety is our top priority! You may exit the room during any point of the game. The game is all about solving puzzles to succeed. Many people who are claustrophobic have reported that they felt no symptoms of claustrophobia in the rooms. However, if someone feels unwell for any reason, the doors are unlocked. Feel free to exit and enter as much as you like. Be aware, the clock does not stop counting down! Leaving the room doesn’t count as ‘succeeding.’ Crisis Escape Room adventures are monitored by security cameras, allowing us to easily assist you if you have any difficulties.

Frankfort Valley Asylum is the only room we don't recommend for Claustrophobia.

We prefer that you leave extra items in your cars but you are welcome to bring things into the room with you. We recommend that you keep track of your items like purses and backpacks. If you put them down in the rooms, tell everyone there that it’s yours. You wouldn’t want someone to think it is part of the adventure and pull everything out of it.

Of course! Our venue is the perfect place to host your next event. Each room is recommended for a maximum of 4-10 players. Groups over 10 will be divided between our rooms. Companies are also encouraged to book multiple rooms for larger groups. Please email us to make a booking or for more information. A package will be tailored-made to suit your needs.

The maximum time to complete a room is 60 minutes; however the minimum time is entirely up to you, and the faster the better! That's how you get your team on our Leader Board! Prior to the experience, plan to spend 15 minutes in a group briefing session. After the experience plan for 15 minutes of walk through where we will explain all the puzzles and how the room worked.

Our games are indeed very challenging! You are encouraged to ask us for hints when needed by speaking clearly in the room. We can see and hear you and will give you clues when asked.

Puzzles and clues will be more difficult for younger children (Although, sometimes young children see a puzzle in a way that an adult can’t. Giving them a unique perspective.) If you are in the living room of a serial killer then it will probably have a degree of "scary-ness", although no one will ever jump out at you. We use high-tech props and complex multi-chamber rooms, however there will not be anyone in the room with you besides your team. If you have any concerns please call us.

You don’t need to bring anything special. Everything you need is found in the rooms. Casual, comfortable clothing is highly recommended.

Everything you need to be successful is in the rooms. It’s really up to you. Teams will need to use their minds and communication skills to be successful. That said, our escape rooms wouldn’t be fun and rewarding without a challenge! If you and your team are not able to complete the room in the allotted time, we encourage you to come back and test your wits against one of our other rooms.

We love your enthusiasm! However, we have a tight schedule and do need to start at the correct time. If your team arrives early, you will need to wait in the lobby until we have finished resetting the room.
