No. All sales are final. However, you may reschedule your booking if you contact us at least 24 hours prior to the reservation. We require all participants to arrive at least 15 minutes early in order to sign in, check belongings and receive the game briefing. Unfortunately, if you are late, it will take valuable minutes off your game time, minutes that could cost your success. If you are more than fifteen minutes late, your booking will automatically be cancelled. All sales are final. Our game is a live event, so once a booking is confirmed, refunds and cancellations are not accepted.
Our Crisis Rooms Adventures are approximately 60 minutes. Your actual time in our adventures will all depend on the skill of the group and their ability to communicate with each other. The maximum time to complete a room is 60 minutes; however the minimum time is entirely up to you, and the faster the better! That's how you get your team on our Leader Board! Prior to the experience, plan to spend 15 minutes in a group briefing session. After the experience plan for 15 minutes of walk through where we will explain all the puzzles and how the room worked.
Yes, as long as your total booking doesn’t exceed the maximum number of players. For example, if you booked for 4 people and another friend decided to join on the day of, the difference can be paid on arrival as long as there is still space available. Please do arrive at least 20 minutes early if you anticipate adding on more people. Otherwise, there is no guarantee we will have enough time to add additional people.
You must be at least 8 years old to play in our physical rooms. Our escape games are designed for persons over the age of 10. Participants who are 10 years or younger must be accompanied by an adult at all times, under 12 an adult is recommended. Our age limit is more about being able to understand puzzles. Puzzles and clues will be more difficult for younger children (Although, sometimes young children see a puzzle in a way that an adult can’t. Giving them a unique perspective.) We design the rooms to be a challenge. However, they are not designed to be scary in any way. All participants under the age of 15 must have a waiver signed by a parent or adult chaperone. Yes, we do allow mothers to complete our escape rooms while carrying babies in slings. We simply ask that you exit the room if your baby begins to cry and disrupt the experience for other guests.
For our virtual reality escape rooms, all participants must be at least 12 years old.
Our virtual reality rooms are completely private.
For our physical escape rooms, the group maximum size is 8-10 people, depending on the chosen room. If your group is less than 5 people additional team members may be added. You can reserve the rooms as a private group, but you would need to purchase at least 5 tickets to have the entire room for yourselves.
For our physical escape rooms, the short answer is yes. If you are concerned about handicap access for a member of your group, please contact the Crisis Rooms team in advance so we can address any concerns. We want everyone to enjoy the experience!
